With day and night on-line self help and live support during business hours, most problems are fully resolved within 24 hours. We are intimately familiar with the time-critical applications in which our lasers are the key components and we are sensitive to the potential losses associated with down time. Therefore, we strive to manufacture the highest quality laser systems and back them with superior support.
 

Warranty
All the components of our laser system are warranted for a full one year, with unlimited hours of operation, to perform as specified and guaranteed to be free of any manufacturing defects. Most manufacturers restrict the number of hours their system is under warranty, but DPSS Lasers Inc. believes our customers should receive 12 months of worry-free operation from today's state-of-the-art laser systems. 

Service Contracts
On the anniversary of the initial warranty, most customers elect to purchase an ongoing annual Service Contract. A Service Contract essentially extends the initial warranty for an additional year with zero reduction in terms or coverage. It also ensures that the customer will experience the least possible down time if a problem does arise and offers peace of mind that ALL repairs will be covered at no cost to the customer.
